CATERING ORDER FAQs
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR PICK-UP?
Yes, your total catering order for pick-up must be $50+
HOW DO I SELECT THE DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION I'D LIKE TO PICK-UP FROM?
You will select the date, time, and location you would like to pick-up from during checkout when you place your catering order.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR PICK-UP?
All catering orders for pick-up are required to be placed at least 1 day in advance of your pick-up date.
Orders that are placed outside of normal business hours (ie. in the evening time) require 1 additional day of prep time.
ARE THERE ANY BLACKOUT DAYS WHERE ORDERING FOR PICK-UP IS UNAVAILABLE?
Yes, catering orders for pick-up are unavailable on the following days:
Easter | Thanksgiving | Christmas
CAN I ORDER CATERING FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, catering orders may be delivered if they are placed through ezCater. Catering orders for delivery have an order minimum of $100. Delivery fees and taxes are applicable.

MOBILE ESPRESSO BAR FAQ
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR MOBILE ESPRESSO BAR SERVICE?
Our Mobile Espresso Bar Service includes the following:
- Professional barista(s)
- Freshly roasted beans
- Synesso & Mahlkonig equipment
- Mobile Espresso Bar equipped with built-in water, waste, and pump
- Cafe style menu which includes espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos
- 8 oz. hot and 16 oz. iced beverages
- Milks, syrups, and ice provided
- Complete setup, tear down, labor, and taxes included
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO HOST A MOBILE ESPRESSO BAR SERVICE?
To host a Mobile Espresso Bar Service at your event, you will need the following:
- 6’ x 6’ space
- Wheelchair accessible location
- No stairs in path to service location
- Access to the venue 1.5 to 2 hours before service
- 1 dedicated 15 amp (120 V) circuit (this is a standard wall outlet)
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY EVENT?
In order to ensure a seamless process, we request a minimum lead time of 4 weeks.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes! We require 50% of the event fee to be paid at booking. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the event.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EVENT NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED?
While it is a rare occurrence, we understand that sometimes things happen that are outside of our control. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we will do our best to work with you to get your booking rescheduled. Events are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
DO YOU HAVE PASTRY OR FOOD OPTIONS THAT I CAN ADD TO MY EVENT?
At this time, we do not offer any food or pastry options.
DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?
We are unable to serve any alcoholic beverages at this time.
